Our engineer will repair the immediate problem by repairing or replacing leaking pipes, repairing taps, overflows and adjustments to noisy pipework, where access is possible without causing damage.

PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE. 9.5.1. The Lessee must keep and maintain in good condition and free from blockage all Building Services constituting pipes or drains of any kind. 9.5.2. The Lessee must rectify or repair any blockages or damage to any Building Services constituting pipes and drains of any kind from outlets or faucets to the branching connection from the main supply that the Council reasonably believes was caused or substantially contributed to by the Lessee. 9.5.3. The parties agree that clause 9.5 does not limit any other obligation Imposed on the Lessee pursuant to this Lease.
