CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM. The Speaker will provide a total of one-hour lectures on topics selected by the society, from a list provided by the Speaker, with the understanding that the Speaker will have final approval of the combination of topics selected. Agreement over the topics should be reached as promptly as possible after the execution of this contract. LECTURE ENHANCEMENTS: The Speaker agrees to provide outlines, bibliographies, maps, glossaries, or other material for each lecture. The Speaker will provide camera-ready masters for each set of lecture materials and shall submit these by _.

CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM. The Employer shall provide the Union representative with the use of his offices for the purpose of scheduled meetings with employees. At its expense, the Employer shall provide all employees with a training course or instruction according to operational and technological needs. A retraining program should be in place to meet the needs of the Employer or other training deemed appropriate in light of the nature of the position.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:
