Content Removal. The following prevails over anything to the contrary in the Content and Data Protection, and Term and Termination sections of the base Cloud Service terms between the parties. Client is responsible for removing Content that Client wishes to retain prior to expiration or termination of the Cloud Service.

Content Removal. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Provider will immediately remove the Provider Content by means of the YouTube User Account or such other means as provided by Google. Additionally, except as authorized by the CIMA or any other separate agreement between the parties governing the use of Content Management Tools that survives this Agreement, if any, all claims relating to Video Matches within the Content Management Tools will be released (inclusive of claims relating to Monetized Content). In the event that Provider fails to remove the Provider Content upon expiration or termination (regardless of whether such failure is inadvertent or intentional), the provisions of Sections 1.1, 1.3 and this Section 12.3 will also survive, but only until such time that Provider removes the Provider Content. In the event that Provider is unable to remove the Provider Content because of a technical failure that renders Provider unable to access the Content Management Tools, Provider may request via email that Google remove the Provider Content, Google will promptly comply with such request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Google itself will have the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any or all of the Provider Content.
Content Removal. You understand and agree that it may not be possible to completely delete your content from InspireHUB’s records or backups, and that your Posts may remain viewable elsewhere to the extent they were copied or stored by other users. Content Removal. DGAssistant does not pre-screen Content, but DGAssistant and its designees have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, remove or delete any Content, without notice, that it determines in its sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property rights or the terms of this Agreement. You may backup Your Content to Your own or a third party system, but otherwise DGAssistant has no obligation to hold, export, or return any Content. In the event that this Agreement is terminated (for any reason), DGAssistant will, upon written request, make available one backup copy of Your Content. DGAssistant has no liability for the deletion of Content that remains in DGAssistant’s control more than thirty (30) days after termination of this Agreement.
Content Removal. (a) FairMarket agrees to make available at no cost to Microsoft, and except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Microsoft agrees to display listings and other Merchandising Listings from the FairMarket Network in the Auction Content Area. (b) FairMarket shall be primarily responsible for removing auctions, classified advertising categories or items or listings if they do not comply with generally acceptable advertising industry standards. Examples of such types of items include, without limitation, pornography, drugs, alcohol and racially or politically offensive products or ads. In addition, FairMarket will work with Microsoft to identify and establish a mutually agreed set of additional categories or items that FairMarket will be primarily responsible for removing. (c) In addition, in Microsoft's sole discretion, Microsoft may elect that the Private Label Auction Sites will not contain certain types of classified advertising, including without limitation, real estate classified ads, automobile classified ads, travel classifieds ads, employment classified ads or certain auction categories or related auction listings such as computer software, whether such listings originated on the Private Label Auction Sites or Affiliate sites. In addition to FairMarket's obligation identified in Section 2.6(b) above, Microsoft shall have the right, but not the obligation, to remove auctions or classified advertising categories or items if they do not comply with Microsoft standard advertising guidelines, or if they are competitive to the Microsoft Sites, e.g., auto auctions from Auto-by-Tel. FairMarket shall ensure that the Administrative Module provides Microsoft with the ability and all necessary functionality to remove objectionable listings from the Private Label Auction Sites. Microsoft has the right not to include listings if it has reason to believe any such listing might be illegal/fraudulent, or if a Seller is a known counterfeiter, and the like.
Content Removal. Subject to the terms in the Term and Termination section below, you may, at any time, request in writing that NVIDIA ceases to display, make available, and market any Content via NGC. Any such requests must be submitted in writing to XXX_Xxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx. Within 90 calendar days of receipt of your written request, NVIDIA will cease displaying, making available, and marketing the identified Content via NGC.
Content Removal. Company will make reasonable efforts to promptly remove and not archive or display any ZEBEDEE Content that has been removed by ZEBEDEE or for which ZEBEDEE has notified Company that such content must be immediately removed.

We will have the right to end our agreement or remove content which in our sole opinion violates, or may violate, any applicable law, or the letter or spirit of this Agreement, or upon the reasonable request of any third party.
