Professional Fees and Licenses. The Employer shall pay professional and/or license fees for an employee who, as a condition of employment, is required to be a member of a professional association or be licensed.

It is agreed that the City shall reimburse professional fees for any employee who is required to be a member of a professional association and license for any employee who is required to be licensed (license other than motor vehicle operators) and such fee or license to be subject to the approval of the City Manager. Requests for reimbursement must be given to Management within 45 days of the payment date.
