Professional Fees and Licenses. The Employer shall pay professional and/or license fees for an employee who, as a condition of employment, is required to be a member of a professional association or be licensed.

Professional Fees and Licenses. All employees must maintain their required certifications at all times. All employees must successfully complete all training assigned by the Director of EMS. The Town agrees to provide the following training on duty time: ACLS, PALS, CPR, and the EMT refresher course at no cost to the employee. The town further agrees to reimburse each paramedic the annual state license renewal fee. Paramedics must have successfully completed their probationary period to be eligible for reimbursement. Requests for reimbursement must be given to Management within 45 days of the payment date.
