Common use of Continuation of Economic Benefits Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Economic Benefits. 14.4 Upon expiration of this Agreement, or of any interim salary or fringe benefit payment article, emp- loyees who are reemployed for the following year shall be paid the same salary as for the final (or interim) year of the Agreement, until such time as a new Agreement is ratified by the parties or the duty to bargain has been completed.
