Common use of Continuation of Medical Insurance Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Medical Insurance. Health insurance payments will be provided by the Employer during the period the employee has accrued sick leave, and for one month thereafter, provided the employee makes the required employee contribution. Beyond this period, the employee is responsible for the payment of medical insurance premiums in accordance with COBRA.
