Continuation of Medical Insurance. An employee who is receiving short-term disability payments provided under this Article AND is drawing on accrued sick leave credits, will continue to receive medical insurance benefits and the Employer will continue to make its contributions provided the employee makes the required employee contribution. If the employee has exhausted all sick leave credits, the employee may continue to be eligible for medical insurance coverage in accordance with COBRA.
