Continuation of Procedures. If, upon the expiration of this Agreement, a successor Agreement has not been ratified, all provisions of the grievance procedure as set forth in Addendum D shall remain in full force and effect as the same relates to grievances initiated prior to or subsequent to the expiration date hereof until the ratification of a successor Agreement.
