Dental Benefits The County offers dental and orthodontic benefits to full and part-time regular employees and their eligible dependent(s). Benefit provisions, co payments and deductibles are outlined in the Evidence of Coverage. The employee contribution is $13 per pay period ($28.26 per month). The County shall contribute to part-time eligible employees on a pro-rated basis, in accordance with Section 10.2.6.
Continuation Coverage Consistent with state and federal laws, certain employees, former employees, dependents, and former dependents may continue group health, dental, and/or life coverage at their own expense for a fixed length of time. Continuation of Benefits Following the termination of Executive’s employment hereunder, the Executive shall have the right to continue in the Company’s group health insurance plan or other Company benefit program as may be required by COBRA or any other federal or state law or regulation.
