Continuing Contract Teachers. The School Board may place continuing contract teachers on unrequested leave from their teaching area and from any other field to which they are assigned, in the reverse order of their employment. In the case of equal seniority, the order in which continuing contract teachers shall be placed on unrequested leave of absence shall be determined as follows:
