Accomplished Teachers. A continuing contract teacher who receives a final summative evaluation rating of Accomplished in eTPES based upon his/her most recent evaluation will be evaluated once every three (3) years, so long as the teacher’s student academic growth measure is “average” or higher in each year. In any year in which a formal evaluation is not required, teachers rated as Accomplished in eTPES for their most recent evaluation will have one (1) observation, a post-conference and a student growth measure. In addition, these teachers will develop a professional growth plan and meet with the evaluator, as determined by the evaluator, to discuss the professional growth plan (PGP).

Accomplished Teachers. The Board elects to evaluate these teachers once every three (3) years per Ohio Revised Code 3319.111. This means that a teacher rated Accomplished at the end of a school year will not be formally evaluated again until another two (2) full school years have passed. Please note that certain requirements apply if the district is not conducting formal annual evaluations of these teachers which is one (1) thirty (30) minute formal observation based upon the standards, one (1) conference and meeting their Professional Growth Plan.

In any year in which a formal evaluation is not required, teachers rated as Accomplished in their most recent evaluation will have at least one (1) observation, by a credentialed evaluator and the credentialed evaluator will hold at least one (1) post-conference with the teacher, which shall include a discussion of progress on the teacher’s professional growth plan.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
