Continuing Eligibility. The Grantee shall meet the following ongoing requirement(s) and all eligibility criteria outlined in the 2019 Guidelines to remain eligible to receive State funds: A. An urban water supplier that receives grant funds pursuant to this Agreement shall maintain compliance with the Urban Water Management Planning Act (UWMP; Wat. Code, § 10610 et seq.) and Sustainable Water Use and Demand Reduction (Wat. Code, § 10608 et seq.) as set forth on page 11 of the 2019 Guidelines and as stated on page 22 of the Proposal Solicitation Package. B. If the Grantee has Grantees that have been designated as a monitoring entity entities under the California Statewide Groundwater Elevation Monitoring (CASGEM) Program, the Grantee shall Program must maintain reporting compliance, as required by Water Code section 10932 and the CASGEM Program. D. To the extent practicable, Grantees shall measure the amount of greenhouse gas emissions reduced and carbon sequestered resulting from an implementation project funded under this Grant Agreement. For groundwater implementation projects that directly affect groundwater levels or quality, the Grantee must demonstrate compliance with the Groundwater Management Act set forth on page 7 of the 2019 Guidelines. H. Grantees diverting surface water must maintain compliance with diversion reporting requirements as outlined in Water Code section 5100 et seq. I. Sustainable Water Use and Demand Reduction: Senate Xxxx (SB)x7-7 (Water Code § 10608 et seq.) conditions the receipt of a water management grant or loan for urban water suppliers on gallons per capita per day reduction targets with the end goal of a 20% reduction by 2020. J. An urban water supplier that receives grant funds pursuant to this Agreement must maintain compliance with the Urban Water Management Planning Act (UWMP; Water Code § 10610 et seq.) and Sustainable Water Use and Demand Reduction (Water Code § 10608 et seq.) as set forth on page 18 of the 2019 Guidelines.
