Continuing Professional Education. The Company agrees to pay reasonable costs associated with the continuing education requirements of maintaining the Executive’s professional designation, including related professional organization memberships, as well as seminars to advance the Executive’s skills. Such costs include the reasonable costs of seminars, travel, lodging and meals while attending such functions.
