Continuous Operation Employees. Section 20:04 notwithstanding, regular employees who, because of their regular (continuous) shift, actually work on the day that a statutory holiday falls, shall receive time off at a later date acceptable to the Employer, at the rate of one and one-half (1½) days (shifts) for each such holiday worked.
