Continuous Service. (a) For the purposes of this clause continuous service means unbroken service. Service is not broken if the employee takes leave in accordance with this clause or any leave authorised by the Company. (b) In the case of casual employees, continuous service is work for the Company on a regular and systematic basis, including any period of authorised leave or absence.
