CONTRACT LANGUAGE ADOPTION. Either Xxxxxx Permanente or Oregon Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals (OFNHP) may request, and subsequent to the request the parties will meet, to consider adoption of contractual language agreed to by any Union at Xxxxxx Permanente. The IBPS/CDM process will be used. Upon mutual agreement such language will be implemented.
