CONTRACT MANAGEMENT BOARD. 8.1 The Councils shall form the Contract Management Board ("Contract Management Board") for the purpose of the day-to-day management of the Contract and the Contract Manager and the implementation and monitoring of the process and to carry out the Contract Management Board Matters in accordance with the Contract Management Board’s Terms of Reference as set on in Schedule 3 (Contract Management Board Terms of Reference).
