Common use of Contract Review Clause in Contracts

Contract Review. a. NAFC may at its discretion conduct an annual review of contract arrangements. The objectives of this review will include but not be limited to: i. determining whether contract arrangements best meet the needs of NAFC; and ii. determining whether any amendments or variations should be made to this Contract to improve delivery of the Services stipulated by the Contract; and iii. determining whether the Contract should continue to the next Service Period or be extended, in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.2. b. The Contractor will be available to participate in each such review and will make available such information as may be reasonably required by NAFC, at no cost to NAFC. c. The Contractor may make such written submissions to NAFC as the Contractor considers relevant to each review. d. Findings of each review will be made available to the Contractor. e. The parties will cooperate to implement any amendments or variations to this Contract or contract arrangements that arise from the review. f. Nothing in this clause 8.10 will prevent any other review of contract arrangements.

The objectives of this review will include but not be limited to: i. determining whether contract arrangements best meet the needs of NAFCAFAC and the Members; and ii. determining whether any amendments or variations should be made to this Contract to improve delivery the quality of the Services stipulated received by the ContractMembers; and iii. determining whether the Contract should continue to the next Service Period or be extended, in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.2. b. The Contractor will be available to participate in each such review and will make available such information as may be reasonably required by NAFCAFAC, at no cost to NAFCAFAC. c. The Contractor may make such written submissions to NAFC AFAC as the Contractor considers relevant to each review. d. Findings of each review will be made available to the Contractor. e. The parties will cooperate to implement any amendments or variations to this Contract or contract arrangements that arise from the review. f. Nothing in this clause 8.10 6.7 will prevent any other review of contract arrangements.
