Contract Sum and City Payments. The City shall pay to the Contractor, for the performance of this agreement, the amounts determined for the total supplied number of each of the specified units of work in the Schedule of Bid Items contained in the contract documents. The number of units contained in this schedule is understood to be approximate only, and that any item may be expanded, contracted, or eliminated by procedures contained in the contract documents.
