Contracted Membership. This membership shall be subject to the initial term set forth on the membership application. After the initial term, your membership will be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis, and may be cancelled with a mandatory 30-day written notice of cancellation. If, prior to the expiration of the initial term, you change your residence outside a 25-mile radius of Xxxxxxxx Country Club, you may terminate this agreement as long as we have received at least 60 days prior written notice and legitimate verification of your new address. Membership rates are locked in to the term length of the agreement.

  • Professional Memberships Each employee is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one additional job related professional association.

  • Application for Membership No employee shall be subject to any penalties against his application for membership or reinstatement, except as may be provided for in the Constitution and By-Laws of the National Union and the Union. A copy of such Constitution and By-Laws, and any changes thereto, shall be transmitted to the Company.

  • Termination of Membership You may terminate your membership by giving us written notice or by withdrawing your minimum required membership share(s), if any, and closing all your accounts. The boundaries of Clearcutting Units, Overstory Re- moval Units, and Understory Removal Units were plainly Marked on ground before timber sale advertisement and are shown on Sale Area Map. Boundary trees shall not be cut. The number of units and approximate acreage of timber designations are stated in A3.

  • Child or Elder Care Emergencies Leave without pay, compensatory time or paid leave may be granted for child or elder care emergencies.

Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period.
