Common use of Contractor Evaluation Clause in Contracts

The TCEQ will prepare a written evaluation of the performance of the PERFORMING PARTY upon completion of all reimbursements under this Agreement and upon the completion of the Project Life, or more frequently, as deemed necessary by the TCEQ.
