Contractor Is Actually or Presumed Positive for COVID. 19: If you are actually or presumed positive for COVID-19 based upon a test result received for the game that you are scheduled to officiate and as a result, are prohibited from officiating the game: (A) if on game day or at the game site, you will not receive the game fee, and you will receive the per diem as set forth in and subject to Sections 10(b) and herein; and (B) if not tested at the game site, you will not receive the game fee, and you will not receive any per diem set forth in Section 10(b) herein. You are not entitled to reimbursement for any other expenses you may incur, and the Conference will not reimburse you for any such expenses except those expenses expressly set forth in Sections 10(b) and 10(c) above unless expressly approved in writing by the Commissioner of the Conference or his designee in his/her sole discretion. Further, except as otherwise expressly set forth above in this Section 10 of this Agreement or as approved in writing by the Commissioner of the Conference or his designee in his/her sole discretion, the amount of the event fee for which you are eligible will not change regardless of the length of the event or any related delays, including, but not limited to, delays caused by weather or any other factors.

  • Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:
