Game Fee definition

Game Fee means the Game Fee established respectively for results established pursuant to Article 18 where each graded game will comprise two results and Game Fee shall be payable for each result (all of which terms are defined in the Game Fee Bye Laws).

Connell (1984) 35 Cal.3d 899. A pupil fee includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Licence Fee means the licence fee specified in Item 7 of Schedule 1.

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Introduction Fee means the fee payable by the Client to the Agency for an Introduction resulting in an Engagement;

  • Late Fee If you don’t pay at least the Minimum Payment Due by the Payment Due Date, we will charge you a late fee. o The fee is $27.00 if you were not charged a late fee during any of the prior six billing periods.

  • Dispensing Fee means the amount paid for the professional services provided by the pharmacist for dispensing a prescription. The Dispensing Fee does not include any payment for the drugs being dispensed.

  • Royalty Fee “Royalty Fee” means a royalty fee in the amount of $0.00 of Actual Production payable by BC Hydro to the Province for each year of the Term in accordance with Article 6 of the Master Agreement.

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Program Fee is defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Advance fee means any consideration paid or given, directly or indirectly, to a mortgage lender, first mortgage broker or originator required to be licensed or registered pursuant to sections 36a-485 to 36a-498a, inclusive, as amended by this act, prior to the closing of a first mortgage loan to any person, including, but not limited to, loan fees, points, broker's fees or commissions, transaction fees or similar prepaid finance charges;

  • Usage Fee means the subscription fees to be paid by the Agency for ongoing access to Services.

  • Initial Fee means any applicable one-off initial or installation fee, as may be stated in an Order;

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.
