Common use of Contractor Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Contractor Monitoring. HCA will monitor the performance of the Contractor against goals and performance standards as stated in Attachment 1: Statement of Work. Substandard performance as determined by HCA will constitute non- compliance with this Contract. If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken by the Contractor within a reasonable period of time after being notified by HCA, suspension or termination procedures will be initiated.
