Common use of Contractor/Vendor/Consultant Requirements Clause in Contracts

Contractor/Vendor/Consultant Requirements. In all future contracts with individuals or organizations that wish to conduct business with the City, a stipulation will be made in the contract that requires the contractor to inform all its employees who will be working on City property of the provisions of the City's Rules of Conduct with respect to Alcohol and Drug Abuse and that the employees of such contractors will be subject to the same Rules of Conduct, and Alcohol and Drug Testing procedures required of the City's employees.
