Contractor’s All Risk Insurance. A contract works policy of insurance against all usual fortuitous events providing cover to the full value of all works conducted on the Building Lots and the Display Home Allotment (which policy shall note the Owner as an interested party for its rights and interests).
Contractor’s All Risk Insurance. Should LESSEE decide to conduct construction or renovation works on the Leased Premises, LESSEE shall cause its contractor, prior to the commencement of any construction or renovation work, to obtain a Contractor’s All Risk (CAR) Insurance from a reputable insurance company accredited by LESSOR, in an amount acceptable to LESSOR, which shall cover the contract works, any lessor-supplied materials, the Leased Premises and properties surrounding the Leased Premises; liability to persons due to bodily injury and property damage in the course of construction or renovation arising out of or in connection with the fault or negligence of LESSEE, its contractors, suppliers or workers undertaking such construction or renovation or the failure of LESSEE to comply with LESSOR’s construction guidelines for the Building.

  • Builder’s Risk Insurance Contractor shall provide a Builder’s Risk Policy to be made payable to the Owner and Contractor, as their interests may appear. The policy amount should be equal to 100% of the Contract Sum, written on a Builder’s Risk “All Risk”, or its equivalent. The policy shall be endorsed as follows: The following may occur without diminishing, changing, altering or otherwise affecting the coverage and protection afforded the insured under this policy:

  • Contractor’s Insurance 27.1 The Contractor shall procure and maintain at all times it performs any portion of the Services the following insurance with minimum limits equal to the amount indicated below.

  • Boiler and Machinery Insurance The Owner shall have the option of purchasing and maintaining boiler and machinery insurance required by the Contract Documents or by law, which shall specifically cover such insured objects during installation and until final acceptance by the Owner. If purchased this insurance shall include interests of the Owner, Contractor, Subcontractors and Sub-subcontrators in the Work.

  • Builder’s Risk additional provisions The insurance specified shall be maintained in force until final acceptance of the project by the State.

  • Business Interruption Insurance Upon receipt by Company or any of its Subsidiaries of any business interruption insurance proceeds constituting Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds, (a) so long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, Company or such Subsidiary may retain and apply such Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds for working capital purposes, and (b) if an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, Company shall apply an amount equal to such Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds to prepay the Loans (and/or the Revolving Loan Commitment Amount shall be reduced) as provided in subsection 2.4B;

  • Comprehensive General Liability Insurance The Lessee shall procure and maintain a valid Comprehensive General Liability Insurance indemnifying the Lessor with minimum coverage of $ for personal injury and $ for damage to property.

  • OWNER'S LIABILITY INSURANCE The Owner shall be responsible for purchasing and maintaining the Owner’s usual liability insurance.

  • Comprehensive General Liability Contractor shall have and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage during the entire term of the Contract, against claims arising out of bodily injury, death, damage to or destruction of the property of others, including loss of use thereof, and including underground, collapse and explosion (XCU) and products and completed operations in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in the general aggregate.

  • LESSEE'S LIABILITY INSURANCE (fill in) The LESSEE shall maintain with respect to the leased premises and the property of which the leased premises are a part comprehensive public liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 with property damage insurance in limits of $1,000,000.00 in responsible companies qualified to do business in Massachusetts and in good standing therein insuring the LESSOR as well as LESSEE against injury to person or damage to property as provided. The LESSEE shall deposit with the LESSOR certificates for such insurance at or prior to the commencement of the term, and thereafter within thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any such policies. All such insurance certificates shall provide that such policies shall not be cancelled without at least ten (10) days prior written notice to each assured named therein.

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department. The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all its subcontracted work. The Department supports diversity in its procurements and contracts, and requests that the Contractor offer subcontracting opportunities to certified woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned small businesses. The Contractor may contact the OSD at xxxxxxx@xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx for information on certified small business enterprises available for subcontracting opportunities.
