Period of Construction. The Developer shall construct and complete the works within the Period of Construction and all parts of the Works including all outfalls and all connections to existing public Sewers shall be completed and in working order before any foul or surface water drainage is discharged from any building or property served by the Works provided always that if the Developer shall fail to construct and complete the Works within the Period of Construction the Developer shall comply with any revised standards for any part of the Works which have been notified to the Developer in writing by xxx Xxxxxxxxxx S.6 The Developer shall not build plant or place anything over or within three metres measured horizontally from the centre line of any Sewer or Lateral Drain which are to be included in the Vesting Declaration (or such other distance as may be reasonably specified by xxx Xxxxxxxxxx) without the written consent of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx provided that consent shall be deemed to be refused if consent is not given within ten Days provided also that this condition shall not apply to anything shown on the Drawings or the Layout Plan within the Protected Strip
Period of Construction. Period of Construction. Construction shall commence immediately upon receipt of the Plant Drawings and materials being available in the Dominican Republic and is scheduled to conclude no later than six months thereafter.
Period of Construction begin on December 1, 2007; finish it on August 20, 2008; open to move in: August 25, 2008.

Period of Construction. The Developer/the Owner shall: Construct and complete the Works within a period of [ ] from this Agreement (unless the Engineer shall in writing agree to an extension of that period) and in any event; Ensure that before any building or property forming part of the development on the land which has the benefit of Planning Permission is brought into occupation such part of the Works as are necessary to drain those buildings or property shall be completed and in working order. Period to be agreed bearing in mind the provision that planning permission is granted for the development. SUDS to be ready before occupation of the dwellings on the site.
Period of Construction. Regardless of when the conveyances detailed in Paragraph 2 above are made, the parties acknowledge that the JPWB, its contractor, its engineers and consultants, and its contractor’s subcontractors and materialmen will require access to the real property described in the attached instruments of conveyance for the purpose of constructing the raw water reservoir and ancillary real property improvements contemplated by this agreement. By its signature hereon the City grants access to the property on Exhibit A which is color coded as “Property Owned by the City of Green River.” The City also grants access to such property as is conveyed to it under the terms of this Agreement For Exchange of Property Interests. The access granted to the City in this Paragraph 4 is access for the purpose of planning and constructing the JPWB’s raw water reservoir, together with ancillary structures and real property improvements. Upon completion of construction of the raw water reservoir, ancillary structures and ancillary real property improvements the license given under this Paragraph 4 shall expire.
Period of Construction. (A) The Contractor agrees to commence work hereunder within five (5) work days after receipt of written notice from the Owner to do so, to prosecute said work thereafter diligently and continuously to completion and in any and all events to substantially complete the Project in accordance with the requirements of the Owner.
(B) The Owner and Contractor specifically acknowledge, however, that there are circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Contractor which may result in a delay of the Project. Consequently, Owner and Contractor agree that if the Contractor is delayed or impeded by any acts of the Owner or its agents or those claiming under agreement from the Owner, or by acts of God which Contractor could not have reasonably foreseen and provided against, or by stormy, inclement, or severely cold weather, or by strike, boycott, or like obstructive actions of employees, third persons or labor organizations, or for any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Contractor, the time within which the Contractor has to complete the Project shall be appropriately extended.
(C) Should concealed conditions encountered in the performance of the work below the surface of the ground, or should concealed or unknown conditions in an existing structure be at variance with the conditions indicated by the Contract, or should unknown physical conditions below the surface of the ground or should concealed or unknown conditions in an existing structure of an unusual nature, differing materially from those ordinarily encountered and generally recognized as inherent in work of the character provided for in this Contract be encountered, the Contract Sum shall be equitably adjusted under Article 2, upon claim made within a reasonable time after the first observance of the condition.
(D) The period of time set forth in Paragraph (A) above may be necessarily or appropriately extended by any change orders effected pursuant to Article 2.
(E) The term "day" as used throughout this Contract shall mean calendar day unless otherwise specifically designated.
Period of Construction. The Government’s Project Manager and a counterpart named by the Non-Federal Sponsor shall co-chair the Project Coordination Team.
B. The Government’s Project Manager and the Non-Federal Sponsor’s counterpart shall keep the Project Coordination Team informed of the progress of [SEE NOTE - 2 - CHOOSE: (1) design and construction (2) construction] and of significant pending issues and actions, and shall seek the views of the Project Coordination Team on matters that the Project Coordination Team generally oversees.
C. Until the end of the [SEE NOTE - 2 - CHOOSE: (1) period of design and construction, (2) period of construction,] the Project Coordination Team shall generally oversee the Project, including matters related to: [SEE NOTE - 2 - CHOOSE: (1) design; completion of all necessary environmental coordination and documentation; plans and specifications;
Period of Construction. The Work shall be commenced and performed within the times set forth on the Project Schedule, subject to day for day extensions due to Force Majeure, delays caused by Herndon, and other delays expressly permitted pursuant to Section 4.10(1).
