CONTRACTOR’s Insurance Coverages. Contractor’s insurance policies must be issued by insurance xxxxx- ers that are A.M. Best “A”-rated or of equivalent financial strength in the commercially-reasonable judgment of Carrier. Contractor agrees to furnish to Carrier documentation, such as certificates of insurance, showing that all coverages required by this Agreement have been procured, that the coverages are being properly main- tained, and that the premiums are paid. Each certificate furnished to Carrier must identify the insurance carrier, policy number, and expiration date, and show that Carrier has been named as an ad- ditional insured with primary and non-contributory coverage. Con- tractor’s workers’ compensation policy (if required by Section 7.1.1 of this Agreement) must contain an alternate-employer endorse- ment in favor of Carrier. Contractor must provide, or cause its in- surance carrier to provide, written notice to Carrier of cancellation or modification of the policy at least 30 days in advance.
