CONTRACTOR’S PROPERTY. Contractor and subcontractors are solely responsible for any loss or damage to their personal property, including but not limited to tools and equipment, scaffolding and temporary structures, rented machinery, or owned and leased equipment. A waiver of subrogation shall apply in favor of the District of Columbia.

CONTRACTOR’S PROPERTY. 54.5 All property of the CONTRACTOR and its Representatives shall be at the risk of the CONTRACTOR whilst it is on any Government Establishment, and the CUSTOMER shall accept no liability for any loss or damage howsoever occurring thereto or caused thereby, except as follows:

CONTRACTOR’S PROPERTY. In accordance with Section 3.7 of the Agreement, Contractor shall be responsible for and shall bear the risk of loss and damage to any (i) construction tools and equipment of Contractor (owned or rented) and (ii) any property (other than the Work) for which it is responsible or that is in its care, custody and control, wherever located. Any insurance provided for such construction tools and equipment and such other property shall be at Contractor’s expense and shall otherwise comply with the requirements of this Attachment O. All deductibles with respect to the Contractor’s insurance shall be for the account of Contractor.
CONTRACTOR’S PROPERTY. All property of the Contractor while at the Premises shall be at the risk of the Contractor and IWM shall accept no liability for any loss or damage howsoever occurring thereto or caused thereby except where any such loss or damage was caused or contributed to by any act, neglect or default of any employee of IWM at the Premises acting in the course of his employment. IWM shall accept liability to the extent to which such loss or damage is so caused or contributed to as aforesaid.
