CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance (including operations, completed operations, products, contractual, and owners and contractors protective liability) and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance which shall protect the SUPPLIER from claims for damage and personal injury, including accidental death, as well as claims for property damage which may arise from operations under this Contract whether such operations be by the SUPPLIER or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by the SUPPLIER shall be the minimum limits as follows: Comprehensive General $300,000 bodily injury and property damage combined single limit Automobile $300,000 bodily injury and property damage combined single limit.

CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. The CONTRACTOR shall procure and shall maintain during the life of his contract, Contractor’s Public Liability Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 for injuries, including accidental death to any one person, and subject to the same limit for each person, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 on account of one accident, and Contractor’s Property Damage Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000. Any subcontractor employed in connection with the work shall maintain such insurance unless the Contractor’s insurance covers the subcontractor and its employees.

CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. 14.4.1 General liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) each occurrence applicable to the Work and an annual aggregate limit of liability of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) applicable to the construction of the Work. The policy shall include coverage for any and all of the following: bodily injury, broad form property damage, personal injury (including coverage for contractual and employee acts), contractual liability, incidental professional liability, and products and completed operations. Further, the policy shall include coverage for the hazards commonly referred to as XCU. The products and completed operations coverage shall extend for five (5) years past acceptance, cancellation or termination of the Work. Said policy shall contain a severability of interest provisions.
CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. Contractor’s liability insurance shall be purchased and maintained by the Contractor to protect him from claims for damages because of bodily injury, including death, and from claims for damages, other than to the work itself, to property which may arise out of or result from the Contractor’s operation under this agreement, whether such operations be by himself or by any or anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them. The insurance shall name the City of Attleboro as an additional insured and shall be written for not less than $500,000 each person, $1,000,000 each occurrence for bodily injury, and $500,000 each occurrence, $1,000,000 aggregate for property damage, or such amount as required by law, whichever is greater, and shall include contractual liability applicable to the Contractor’s obligations. Coverage must include the following: Premises/Operations, Elevators and Hoists, Independent Contractors, Contractual Liability Assumed Under this Contract, Products/Completed Operations, Broad Form Property Damage Endorsement, and Personal Injury, and shall not be subject to any of the special property damage liability exclusions commonly referred to as XCU exclusions.

The Contractor shall also procure and shall maintain, during the life of the contract, Property Damage Insurance in the amount of not less than $2,000,000 for each occurrence and aggregate. The Township shall be named as co-insured for all of the above insurance coverage and a certificate showing evidence of the above insurance coverage being in effect shall be filed with the Township prior to execution of the contract by the successful bidder.
