Contractor's Use of Authority’sDocuments. Intellectual property in the Authority’s requirements and Specifications and Standards and all other documents and materials issued by the Authority or the Authority’s Representative to the Contractor shall (as between the parties) remain the property of the Authority. The Contractor may, at its cost, copy, use and communicate any such documents for the purposes of the Contract. They shall not, without the consent of the Authority, be used, copied or communicated to a third party by the Contractor, except as necessary for the purposes of the Works under the Agreement.

  • Letter of Authorization 8.1 GTE will not release the Customer Service Record (CSR) containing Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) to NEN on GTE end-user customer accounts unless NEN first provides to GTE a written Letter of Authorization (LOA). Such LOA may be a blanket LOA or other form agreed upon between GTE and NEN authorizing the release of such information to NEN or if state or federal law provides otherwise, in accordance with such law.

  • Limitations of Authority (1). Neither Party has authority to act for or on behalf of the other except as provided in this Agreement. No other authority, power, partnership, use of rights are granted or implied.
