Common use of CONTRARY TO LAW Clause in Contracts

CONTRARY TO LAW. If any provision of this agreement is found to be contrary to the law of the state of Ohio, the law of Ohio shall prevail and all remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of the agreement; in addition, negotiations for a successor agreement will be in keeping with procedures set forth in Ohio Revised Code 4117.
