CONTRARY TO LAW. If any specific provision of this contract shall be found to be contrary to law, then the specific provision shall be deemed invalid except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect for the term of this Agreement. Any specific provision of this Agreement found to be unlawful shall be renegotiated by the parties. Negotiations on such a specific provision only shall commence within fifteen (15) days of the determination that the specific provision is unlawful. Negotiations shall be in conformance with the procedure outlined in this Agreement.
