Cancellation Policy In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must be in writing and must occur at least 60 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $250.00 administrative fee. Return Policy Subject to the requirements of this Agreement, Customer may return standard Hardware and Software within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. NI reserves the right to charge Customer a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for any Products returned to NI. No returns will be accepted after the thirty (30) day period has expired. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for Customer to return any Products. Acceptance of returns of customized Products and Non-NI Branded Products is in the sole discretion of NI.
