Non-Discrimination Policy. The Julian Union School District shall permit no discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in any of its employment policies, programs, or practices.

Non-Discrimination Policy. It shall be the policy of the Tennessee Pharmacists Association and all of its wholly-owned subsidiaries to provide equal membership, employment, and volunteer service opportunities to all eligible persons without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, or mental or physical challenges. This policy is practiced and is applicable to persons served, staff employment, and to membership on the governing boards.
