The control of Personal Data remains with Customer, and as between Customer and Oracle, Customer will at all times remain the data controller for the purposes of the Cloud Services, the Agreement, and this Data Processing Agreement. Customer is responsible for compliance with its obligations as data controller under data protection laws, in particular for justification of any transmission of Personal Data to Oracle (including providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents), and for its decisions and actions concerning the Processing and use of the data.

Sponsor is responsible for compliance with its obligations as Data Controller under the Privacy and Data Protection Requirements, in particular for justification of any transmission of Personal Data to INC Research and for its decisions concerning the processing and use of the data.

Data subjects can contact the Controller, at the addresses indicated above, to exercise their rights under article 7 et seq of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which include entitlement to obtain confirmation as to the existence or otherwise of this same data and to be made familiar with its content and origin, verify its accuracy, or ask that it be added to or updated or corrected. Pursuant to this same article, the data subject is entitled at any time to request the deletion, anonymization or inhibition of data processed in breach of statutory regulations, and in any event to oppose processing of the data for legitimate reasons.
