Common use of Conventions Clause in Contracts

Employees in a Center will be granted annual leave or leave without pay at their election to attend National, State and Regional Union Conventions provided that requests for leave have been submitted by the employees to the Management Designee as soon as practicable and provided that approval of such leave does not seriously adversely affect the operational requirements of the Center.
