Conveyance of Rights to the State of Washington. When real property rights (both fee simple and lesser interests) are acquired, the Sponsor agrees to execute an appropriate document conveying certain rights and responsibilities to RCO, on behalf of the State of Washington. These documents include a Deed of Right, Assignment of Rights, Easements and/or Leases as described below. The Sponsor agrees to use document language provided by RCO, to record the executed document in the County where the real property lies, and to provide a copy of the recorded document to RCO. The document required will vary depending on the funding board project type, the real property rights being acquired and whether or not those rights are being acquired in perpetuity.

  • Requirements of the State of Kansas 1. The contractor shall observe the provisions of the Kansas Act against Discrimination (Kansas Statutes Annotated 44-1001, et seq.) and shall not discriminate against any person in the performance of work under the present contract because of race, religion, color, sex, disability, and age except where age is a bona fide occupational qualification, national origin or ancestry; 2. The contractor shall include the provisions of Paragraphs 1 through 4 inclusive, of this Subsection B, in every subcontract or purchase so that such provisions will be binding upon such subcontractor or vendor.

  • Georgia Coverage is effective upon the expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s warranty. In the “WHAT IS NOT COVERED” section of this Agreement, exclusion (E) is removed and replaced with: Any and all pre-existing conditions known by You that occur prior to the effective date of this Agreement and/or any sold “AS- IS” including but not limited to floor models, demonstration models, etc. CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: If You cancel after thirty (30) days of receipt of Your Agreement, You will receive a pro rata refund of the Agreement price. In the event of cancellation by US, notice of such cancellation will be in writing and given at least thirty (30) days prior to cancellation.   • Laws of the State of New York The Contractor shall comply with all of the requirements set forth in Exhibit C hereto.

  • Agreement Made in California; Venue The formation, interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for all litigation relative to the formation, interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be in San Francisco.

  • State of Texas Franchise Tax By signature hereon, Vendor hereby certifies that Vendor is not currently delinquent in the payment of any franchise taxes owed to the State of Texas under Chapter 171 of the Texas Tax Code.

  • Florida If You cancel this Agreement, return of premium shall be based upon ninety percent (90%) of the unearned pro-rata premium less any claims that have been paid or less the cost of repairs made on Your behalf. If this Agreement is cancelled by the Provider or Administrator, return of premium shall be based upon one hundred percent (100%) of the unearned pro-rata premium less any claims that have been made or less the cost of repairs made on Your behalf. The rate charged for this service contract is not subject to regulation by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. ARBITRATION section of this Agreement is removed.

  • Maryland CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days of receipt of returned Service Agreement.
