No employee employed on a production as a Graphic Artist on August 1, 2018 shall have his or her rate reduced on that production as a result of this agreement. The parties recognize that the work of a Graphic Artist has historically been performed and may continue to be performed by others within the bargaining unit (including but not limited to a Costume Designer) as well as others outside of the bargaining unit, including outside contractors.
