Cooperating Compensation. All Smithbilt homes are listed by Southland Realtors. The cooperating commission for ALL Smithbilt homes is a flat fee listed on MLS. If the home is not currently listed on MLS, then cooperating commission will be paid on the Purchase Price, not including upgrades or seller paid closing costs, according to Commission Fee Schedule which can be found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Extra Compensation The Board shall pay no fees, other than described above, to the PA/E unless authorized by the Board as follows:

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.
