Cooperation Součinnost. 10.3.1 The Institution/Investigator shall take all such actions throughout the term of this Agreement and thereafter as shall be necessary in order to ensure that the Inventions may be vested free of encumbrance in Sponsor in accordance with Section 10.1.1 above.
