Coordinated Installation With Cooperative Testing. Coordinated Installation With Cooperative Testing may be ordered for new or existing service. For both new and existing service, CLEC must designate a specific "Appointment Time" when it submits the LSR. On the Due Date (DD), at CLEC's designated Appointment Time, the CenturyLink Implementor/Tester contacts CLEC to ensure CLEC is ready for installation. If CLEC is not ready within thirty (30) minutes of the scheduled Appointment Time, then CLEC must reschedule the installation by submitting a supplemental LSR for a new Due Date and Appointment Time. If CenturyLink is not ready within thirty (30) minutes of the scheduled Appointment Time, CenturyLink will waive the nonrecurring charge for the installation option, and the Parties will attempt to set a new appointment for the same day. If CenturyLink fails to perform cooperative testing due to CenturyLink's fault, CenturyLink will waive the nonrecurring charge for the installation option. If CLEC still desires cooperative testing, the Parties will attempt to set a new Appointment Time on the same day and, if unable to do so, CenturyLink will issue a jeopardy notice and a FOC with a new Due Date.

If Windstream is not ready within thirty (30) minutes of the scheduled Appointment Time, the Parties will attempt to set a new appointment for the same day. If Windstream fails to perform cooperative testing due to Windstream’s fault, Windstream will waive the nonrecurring charge for the installation option.   • Engineer's Coordination with Owner Engineer shall be available for conferences with City so that Project can be designed with the full benefit of City's experience and knowledge of existing needs and facilities and be consistent with current policies and construction standards. City shall make available to Engineer all existing plans, maps, field notes, and other data in its possession relative to the Project. Engineer may show justification to City for changes in design from City standards due to the judgment of said Engineer of a cost savings to City and/or due to the surrounding topographic conditions. City shall make the final decision as to any changes after appropriate request by Engineer.

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Innovative Scheduling Schedules which are inconsistent with the Collective Agreement provisions may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of resident care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency.   • Cooperative Procurement To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we agree that this Agreement may be used as a cooperative procurement vehicle by eligible jurisdictions. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith.   • University-Supported Efforts (1) If the work was not made in the course of independent efforts, the work is the property of the University and the employee shall share in the proceeds therefrom.

  • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.
