Joint Testing. Joint Testing allows CLEC to request Qwest to participate in Joint Testing of CLEC terminations at the Interconnection Distribution Frame (ICDF). CLEC may request Joint Testing on the Collocation Application form or by sending a separate Joint Testing Application form. Collocation and Joint Testing Application forms are available in the PCAT. CLEC must specify on its application the terminations to be tested and the type of tests to be performed with Qwest. CLEC must provide contact information on the application for Qwest to arrange the Joint Testing date and time. Once CLEC has completed its installation work and is ready for testing, CLEC formally requests Joint Testing via e-mail to XXXXXX@xxxxx.xxx. Upon receipt of request Qwest and CLEC will promptly meet and agree upon a date to perform Joint Testing, which shall take place no later than thirty (30) Days after the request.

Joint Testing. 8.1.1.12.1 Qwest’s Joint Testing Process ("Joint Testing") at the Interconnection Collocation Distribution Frame (ICDF) allows a CLEC to request Qwest to participate in Joint Testing of CLEC terminations at the ICDF once CLEC’s equipment has been placed in CLEC’s Collocation. The ICDF may be located at various points in the Qwest Wire Center including, but not limited to, a stand alone intermediate frame, Main Distribution Frame (MDF), fiber distribution panel (FDP), and existing Digital Cross Connect (DSX) frames. CLEC shall have access to all such points in the Qwest Wire Center where CLEC cabling terminates.

Joint Testing. The Concessionaire shall (i) establish joint test objectives designed to verify that the Communications System and System Data are available within Agency-approved timeframes and are otherwise compatible with Agency-specific Outage Recovery Plans, and (ii) otherwise participate in Agency testing of Agency-specific Outage Recovery Plans.

Related to Joint Testing

  • Testing Landlord shall have the right to conduct annual tests of the Premises to determine whether any contamination of the Premises or the Project has occurred as a result of Tenant’s use. Tenant shall be required to pay the cost of such annual test of the Premises; provided, however, that if Tenant conducts its own tests of the Premises using third party contractors and test procedures acceptable to Landlord which tests are certified to Landlord, Landlord shall accept such tests in lieu of the annual tests to be paid for by Tenant. In addition, at any time, and from time to time, prior to the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, Landlord shall have the right to conduct appropriate tests of the Premises and the Project to determine if contamination has occurred as a result of Tenant’s use of the Premises. In connection with such testing, upon the request of Landlord, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord or its consultant such non-proprietary information concerning the use of Hazardous Materials in or about the Premises by Tenant or any Tenant Party. If contamination has occurred for which Tenant is liable under this Section 30, Tenant shall pay all costs to conduct such tests. If no such contamination is found, Landlord shall pay the costs of such tests (which shall not constitute an Operating Expense). Landlord shall provide Tenant with a copy of all third party, non-confidential reports and tests of the Premises made by or on behalf of Landlord during the Term without representation or warranty and subject to a confidentiality agreement. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, promptly and satisfactorily remediate any environmental conditions identified by such testing in accordance with all Environmental Requirements. Landlord’s receipt of or satisfaction with any environmental assessment in no way waives any rights which Landlord may have against Tenant.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.
