Interaction with Other Leave Entitlements (a) An employee proceeding on unpaid Maternity Leave may elect to substitute any part of that leave with accrued annual and/or accrued long service leave.
Cooperation with Other Agents and Agencies Seller agrees that the Agency may engage other licensed real estate agents to assist in marketing the Property and may share its Commission, as determined solely by the Agency. Coordination The Parties shall confer regularly to coordinate the planning, scheduling and performance of preventive and corrective maintenance on the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Facilities.
Eye Examinations For all covered employees required to use VDTs on average at least two (2) hours per day, the Department will provide a base line eye examination at the Occupational Safety and Health facility ("OSH"), followed by an eye examination at OSH every two years.
