Copies for evaluation. During the term of its Enrollment, Institution may run up to 10 complimentary copies of any Product for a 60 day evaluation period. Re-imaging rights. In certain cases, re-imaging is permitted using the Product media. If the Microsoft Product(s) is licensed (1) from an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), or (2) as a full packaged Product through a retail source, then media provided under this agreement may generally be used to create images for use in place of copies provided through that separate source. This right is conditional upon the following: Separate Licenses must be owned from the separate source for each Product that is re-imaged. The Product, language, version, and components of the copies made must be identical to the Product, language, version, and components of the copies they replace and the number of copies or instances of the re-imaged Product permitted remains the same. Except for copies of an operating system and copies of Products licensed under another Microsoft program, the Product type (e.g., upgrade or full License) must be identical to the Product type from the separate source. Any Product-specific processes or requirements for re-imaging identified in the Product List. Re-images made under this subsection remain subject to the terms and use rights provided with the License from the separate source. This subsection does not create or extend any warranty or support obligation.

The written evaluation shall be signed by both the Superintendent and the Administrator. The Administrator may respond to the evaluation in writing and such response shall be attached to and included in the Administrator’s personnel file.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.
