Complimentary Copies. The Author has the right to receive 2 (two) complimentary copies of the issue of the Publication in which the Article appears. In case of a Publication in electronic form, the Author has the right to receive a copy, or to gain access to the relevant Publication. The Author may not put on the market or sell these copies.

As long as Publisher is accountable to Proprietor, Proprietor or any person authorized by Proprietor shall be entitled to audit all relevant elements (account books, invoices, etc.) in order to certify the accuracy of the accounts and information sent to Proprietor. If the audit reveals an underpayment to Proprietor, Publisher shall promptly pay Proprietor the balance within fifteen (15) days and, if such underpayment exceeds 5% of the declared amount, Publisher shall reimburse Proprietor for the expense of the audit.

Clause 8 Legal relationship The Publisher may transfer the exploitation rights on the Article to a third party, provided that this third party fulfils the Publisher’s obligations contained in this agreement towards the Author. If the Author can show that his moral rights are affected by the use of his Article by the Publisher pursuant to a licence, the Author may demand that the Publisher stop said use. The Publisher must honour the request unless this cannot be reasonably asked of him in view of the scientific or historical value of the Article. The Author has the right to terminate this agreement if the Publisher goes into bankruptcy or liquidation or any other arrangement for the benefit of its creditors. Termination of this agreement does not affect any prior valid agreement made by the Publisher with third parties. Nothing in this agreement is intended to confer rights on any third party. Clause 9 Multiple Authors In the case of multiple authors, the Author has the consent of each author to enter this Licence to publish on behalf of them.
