Complimentary Copies. The Author has the right to receive 2 (two) complimentary copies of the issue of the Publication in which the Article appears. In case of a Publication in electronic form, the Author has the right to receive a copy, or to gain access to the relevant Publication. The Author may not put on the market or sell these copies.
Complimentary Copies. The Department shall supply the Author with * free copies of the Work containing the Material subject to the Material being approved in accordance with clause 3 [Approval and Publication Arrangements].

Irrespective of the result of the exploitation of the Publication, Publisher shall send Proprietor statements of account in French or, failing that, in English, closed on the ........ (specify date) of each year, specifying the total number of copies28 sold, and shall pay the sums owed within the following............ months by bank transfer into the account indicated by Proprietor29. Proprietor may at any time designate any natural or legal person of its choice to receive the accounts and/or sums owed hereunder in said person’s name on behalf of Proprietor. Publisher shall not however refuse to send the accounts and corresponding payments directly to Proprietor, if the latter so requests. As long as Publisher is accountable to Proprietor, Proprietor or any person authorized by Proprietor shall be entitled to audit all relevant elements (account books, invoices, etc.) in order to certify the accuracy of the accounts and information sent to Proprietor. If the audit reveals an underpayment to Proprietor, Publisher shall promptly pay Proprietor the balance within fifteen (15) days and, if such underpayment exceeds 5% of the declared amount, Publisher shall reimburse Proprietor for the expense of the audit.
Complimentary Copies. On publication and production of the Work, eigoMANGA shall give the Creator the following copies of the Work, for Creator’s own use, free of any charge. Royalties shall not be paid on these complimentary copies. • 5 free copies of the Trade Paperback printed edition of the WORK. • 1 free copy of the electronic edition of the WORK on CD/DVD (or other media data storage device) which the Creator can freely duplicate.
Complimentary Copies. The Publisher agrees to give to each party comprising the Author three (3) print copies and one (1) electronic copy of the Work, free of charge, and to sell to each party comprising the Author, for personal use and not for resale, further copies of the Work and other books published by Publisher in print form (excluding the Publisher’s Major Reference Works program) at a discount of 30% off the retail list price.
Complimentary Copies. 8.1 If the Creator wishes, they are entitled to 5–12 complimentary printed copies of the work, depending on the value of the copies of the work.

Effective upon Publisher's release of the CBT Materials for marketing and distribution to its customers generally, Publisher agrees to grant to Proprietor a license to use five (5) copies of the CBT Materials (in the form made available to Publisher's customers generally) during the License Term of the associated Work solely for Proprietors internal business purposes and only on other terms and conditions set forth in the license agreement attached as Exhibit A. During the License Term of the associated Work, Publisher shall provide Proprietor at no charge with such maintenance of and updates to the CBT Materials as Publisher provides to its customers with monthly or annual licenses.
