Common use of Copies of Contract Clause in Contracts

Copies of Contract. two (2) copies of a contract shall be given to the employee each year for signature. One (1) copy is retained by that employee at the time it is signed. One (1) copy is forwarded to the District Office and signed by the Board and then placed in the employee's personnel file.
