Common use of Copies of Contract Clause in Contracts

Copies of Contract. two (2) copies of a contract shall be given to the employee each year for signature. One (1) copy is retained by that employee at the time it is signed. One (1) copy is forwarded to the District Office and signed by the Board and then placed in the employee's personnel file.

The remaining copy is forwarded to the District Office and signed by the Board and then placed in the employee's Employee’s personnel file.

Copies of Contract. two Four (24) copies of a contract shall be given to the certificated employee each year for signature. One (1) copy is retained by that employee at the time it is signed. Three (3) copies are forwarded on to the District Office to be signed by the Board. One (1) copy of these copies is forwarded to the District Office and signed by the Board and then placed in the certificated employee's ’s personnel filefile and second of these copies is returned to the certificated employee.
