Employment Qualifications. Each Employee must meet the requirements of applicable law and administrative rules for the current position he/she holds as well as Board requirements as summarized in “C” below. Failure to meet any such requirement will cause the Employee’s contract to become null and void immediately.
Employment Qualifications. (a) In relation to employment within UFV, it lies with the Employer to determine whether a candidate for first employment, or an existing employee, has the skills, qualifications and abilities which are required to assume a position and perform the tasks involved in that position. The Employer must not treat any employee in a manner which is arbitrary, discriminatory, capricious or unreasonable.
Employment Qualifications. Except as provided in Section 505 of the Code, the PSA shall employ, or contract with a management company as provided under Section 9.02 which employs, classroom teachers, paraprofessionals and other personnel who meet the certification and other requirements under state and federal law. Employment Qualifications. No Cement Xxxxx of Local 692 – Area 121, while he remains a member of this Local and subject to employment by Employers operating under an Agreement with Local 692 - Area 121 shall himself become a Contractor for the performance of cement masonry work.
