Copies of Policies. Upon demand, deliver to Lender the original of each policy evidencing insurance required by this Section 5.7, together with evidence of payment of all premiums therefor.
Copies of Policies. The City reserves the right to request and to receive, within ten (10) working days, certified copies of any or all of the above policies and/or endorsements. The City shall not be obligated, however, to review same or to advise Contractor of any deficiencies in such policies and endorsements, and such receipt shall not relieve Contractor from, or be deemed a waiver of, the City’s right to insist on strict fulfillment of Contractor’s obligations under this Contract.
Copies of Policies. NAI must provide to BNPPLC, at the offices of NAI, copies of all insurance policies required herein within ten (10) days after receipt of a request for such copies from BNPPLC or as soon as practicable if policies are in the process of being issued by the applicable insurer. Such copies must be certified as complete and correct by an authorized representative of the applicable insurer, subject to availability from the insurance company.
Copies of Policies letters of undertaking Each Borrower shall ensure that all approved brokers provide the Security Trustee with pro forma copies of all cover notes and policies relating to the obligatory insurances which they are to effect or renew and of a letter or letters of undertaking in a form required by the Security Trustee and including undertakings by the approved brokers that:
(a) they will have endorsed on each policy, immediately upon issue, a loss payable clause and a notice of assignment complying with the provisions of Clause 13.4;
(b) they will hold such policies, and the benefit of such insurances, to the order of the Security Trustee in accordance with the said loss payable clause;
(c) they will advise the Security Trustee immediately of any material change to the terms of the obligatory insurances;
(d) they will notify the Security Trustee, not less than 10 days before the expiry of the obligatory insurances, in the event of their not having received notice of renewal instructions from that Borrower or its agents and, in the event of their receiving instructions to renew, they will promptly notify the Security Trustee of the terms of the instructions; and
(e) they will not set off against any sum recoverable in respect of a claim relating to the Ship owned by that Borrower under such obligatory insurances any premiums or other amounts due to them or any other person whether in respect of that Ship or otherwise, they waive any lien on the policies, or any sums received under them, which they might have in respect of such premiums or other amounts, and they will not cancel such obligatory insurances by reason of non-payment of such premiums or other amounts, and will arrange for a separate policy to be issued in respect of that Ship forthwith upon being so requested by the Security Trustee.
Copies of Policies. As soon as reasonably practical following the Distribution Date, United Online shall, at its own expense, provide to FTD copies of all FTD Specific Policies and all Combined Policies. At any time after the Distribution Date, upon the reasonable request of FTD, United Online shall provide to FTD copies of all other documents related to any FTD Specific Policies or any Combined Policies (in each case, including without limitation, certificates of insurance, insurer quotes and documents provided to underwriters).
Copies of Policies. The Municipality shall produce, and require its Prime Contractor, any subcontractor, Inspection Consultant, Consulting Engineer, or any subconsultant, as applicable, to produce, within five (5) business days, a copy or copies of all applicable insurance policies when requested by the DOT. In providing said policies, the Municipality, Prime Contractor, subcontractor, Inspection Consultant, Consulting Engineer, or subconsultant, as applicable may redact provisions of the policy that are proprietary. This provision shall survive the suspension, expiration or termination of the PAL and the Master Agreement. The Municipality agrees to notify the DOT with at least thirty days prior notice of any cancellation or change in the insurance coverage required under this Master Agreement.
Copies of Policies. As soon as reasonably practical following the Distribution Date, Demand Media, at its own expense, shall provide to Rightside copies of all Rightside Specific Policies and all Combined Policies. At any time after the Distribution Date, upon the reasonable request of Rightside, Demand Media shall provide to Rightside copies of all other documents related to any Rightside Specific Policies or any Combined Policies (in each case, including without limitation, certificates of insurance, insurer quotes and documents provided to underwriters).

As soon as reasonably practical following the Distribution Date, Holdings shall, at its own expense, provide to New A&B copies of all A&B Specific Policies and all Combined Policies. At anytime after the Distribution Date, upon the reasonable request of New A&B, Holdings shall provide to New A&B copies of all other documents related to any A&B Specific Policies or any Combined Policies (in each case, including without limitation, certificates of insurance, insurer quotes and documents provided to underwriters).
Copies of Policies. As soon as reasonably practical following the Distribution Date, PDL, at its own expense, shall provide to LENSAR copies of all LENSAR Specific Policies and all Combined Policies. At any time after the Distribution Date, upon the reasonable request of LENSAR, PDL shall provide to LENSAR copies of all other documents related to any LENSAR Specific Policies or any Combined Policies (in each case, including without limitation, certificates of insurance, insurer quotes and documents provided to underwriters).
Copies of Policies. Each Unit Owner, each Unit Mortgagee, if any, and the Facility Operator shall be supplied with certified copies of all insurance policies maintained in accordance with Section 8.03.
