Common use of Copies to Union Clause in Contracts

Copies to Union. The Company agrees to supply the Union with signed copies of all Letters of Agreement, Memorandums of Agreement and Appendices, which form part of the current Collective Agreement.

Copies to Union. The Company agrees Employer agrees, to supply the Union Union, with signed copies of all Letters of Agreement, Memorandums of Agreement and Appendices, which form part of the current Collective Agreement.

If the parties cannot agree on the inclusion of the Letters of Agreement, Memorandums of Agreement and Appendices the Letters of Agreement, Memorandums of Agreement and Appendices shall become inactive unless renegotiated.
