Core Services Staff Rates Sample Clauses

Core Services Staff Rates a) For each Tender considered for a lot the staff rate for each grade in the relevant table for the Lot, from tables 4.1.1 to 4.1.21 in volume 4 (29 tables), is multiplied by the relevant weighting factor in the schedule below. The row selected is the one with same number of grades as the lot. A weighting factor selected is then selected for each grade from that row; the factor selected is the one matching the seniority of the grade in the lot; the weighting factors are set out in order of seniority (the most senior grade is at the beginning). For example for a lot with 8 grades, the weighting for grade 1 (Director) is 5% and if the staff rate was say £80/ hour, the weighting multiplied by the staff rate (5% x £80/ hour) would be £4/ hour 1 grade 100% 2 grades 30% 70% 3 grades 20% 35% 45% 4 grades 15% 20% 30% 35% 5 grades 10% 20% 20% 25% 25% 6 grades 10% 20% 20% 20% 15% 15% 7 grades 10% 20% 15% 15% 20% 10% 10% 8 grades 5% 20% 15% 15% 15% 11% 11% 8%
